PETITT,My grgrandfather Ozias PETITT was raised in Belle Plaine by a family named PARKS, as far as I know the Parks were no relation.Ozias married Marta Lorene ENGLAND 8-8-1891 in Belle Plaine, children Jessa, Jonathan, Robert Orville, Viola, Neta & Geneva. Ozias was born in Thebes Illinois, family lore says his parents were from White County TN.

I am looking for any information about Augustus and Sarah DOOLITTLE and their adopted daughter Frances Mae HARVEY. They lived in Eldorado Township in Benton County in the 1860`s 1870`s and 1880`s. Also does anyone have any information on the LEVELL family from Benton County.

RAMPTON/PAGE/ELLIOTT: Dysart, Benton Township, IA; 1850-1905. I'm looking for information about my grandfather, Charles Henry RAMPTON. He was born 30 Sep 1868 in Dysart, Iowa to Edmund and Mary Jane(ELLIOTT) RAMPTON. Edmund's father was Anthony (or Antony) RAMPTON. Charles married Blanche Annette PAGE (b.1867 - Nevada, MO). Blanche's parents: Martin Van Buren PAGE and Sarah Elizabeth SWITZER. Charles, Blanche and children moved to California before 1915. Siblings include: Frank W. RAMPTON and Mary L. Rampton (who married a man named George). Mary & George also moved to California.

Also need information on family of his wife, Patsy CAMPBELL (b.Feb.12, 1836/d.Feb.2, 1910, Belle Plaine, Benton Co., IA). Her parents were Thomas CAMPBELL and Sarah MOORE. William and Patsy's daughter, Edith Eldora, married William HEATON, son of Lewis HEATON and Mary BROWN (they lived in Tama Co., IA). Have considerable information on HEATONS and BROWNS, but very little on WHITES and CAMPBELLS.
