HOFFMAN, WALTERS posted by Donald Dean Hayden on Tuesday, September 23, 1997

As a young child in the mid 50's I remember the burial of my aunt Lillian HOFFMAN in Dysart or maybe Vinton. Anyway I always remember the last name of some relatives as being Bar but I was never sure of the name spelling. My grandmother Rose Chirstine Hoffman WALTERS is supposed to be buried in the Dysart cemetary. I'll always remember the burial of my aunt because the house we stayed in even though it was in the 50's did not have a refrigerator. Things always appear different when you are 11 years old, but as I recall the house was on a corner maybe on the west side of the town. Well anyway, if anyone has any info I'd sure appreciate it. There were relatives in Vinton but I have no idea who they were. See, that's why this stuff should be recorded. Thanx Don Hayden
