who was beatrice married to and when did she died?
do you know where she was living. and I assume her son from marriage knew nothing about your grandmother.virginia may not have known anything if beatrice left ft.madison before people could tell she was pregnant. virginia was five years younger than beatrice so it may have been kept from her by her older siblings. I take it that beatrices son by marriage is deceased also??
I've been doing genealogy for bout 30 years and hve located bio parents for people. I feel everyone should know where they came from.
Is your mom still living? can she or you get her real birth certificate out of des moines iowa? has your mom ever tried getting her adoption papers opened. my son's mother in law we got her addoption papers opened. was it a private adoption or through some agency??where did your mom grow up, in iowa city or elsewhere?
