One quick question. Why haven't we heard anything from either the "Genealogical Society" or the "Historical Society of Wapello County Iowa????"

I am so glad that Mary Lanigan brought up this question for our query forum. How else would anybody know what was happening?? Or not happening with "OUR" famiy records. The records should not be in "UTAH!" They are for us "The Decendants Of Wapello County Early Settlers". I don't believe we are panicking but, there is indeed a good reason to be concerned. A straight TRUE answer would be great! DELLA:::::::What do you think? No worse than being told "The Records Were Destroyed In Fire". ( I have heard this answer at least a hundred times) That is what we are told, when records can't be found!!!!!!! Good way to get out of it, I should say; is to appear to be ignorant of the whole issue!!!
