It is all pretty clear to me, that the courthouse people in the Clerk's office let the Wapello County Genealogical Society remove these records. Did the society remove them knowing they were having the LDS people film the records?? Who are we to blame?? Hopefully the Wapello County Historical Society can take this up and make sure the records are sent back to the courthouse intact.
