1. My grand father made a will in 2000 but due to some curcimstance he made a second will in
2002 & it is a registered will but unfortuantly the first will was not canclelled in court.

He died after 7 days of issued the second will which is register.

The second will is suitable to us, let me know that which will is now applicable

We also want to probate the second will.

2. In second will my grand father devide the share of property in two equal part (50-50)
Before death of my grand father we both were lived in the same property & by mutal understanding the front part of land is in my uncle’s possition & back side is with us & a small passage is used for us for entrance.

We know want to sell or collebtration this land with builder but uncle want 60% of his share because he lived in from part.

Let us know any legal rule to solve this problem with equal share to both of us.
