Time to save your adjusted master copy

 

Now that the image is corrected to your liking, it is time to save an archive copy.

We are only dealing with the JPEG file format in this workshop. Saving scanned images in TIFF format is desirable for retaining all the digital data from the scan. However, high quality JPEG files are a fine substitute for personal archive purposes.

 

• Pull down the File menu and select Save. If you are not saving your file in a different format the same quality setting will apply.
• (Use Save As to save in a different format)
