Tribute of Respect; Margaret Spurgin died April 1, 1874

The SIN school house will be built on the street running north of the square and just West of Ellis' residence. The Hill location fell through for some reason, and the board secured the present site, 200 feet front and 180 feet deep, paid for it, have a deed, and commenced work yesterday. The brick work will be completed next week.

The Wilson House retains its reputation as the first class hotel of Bloomfield on account of its epicurean bill of fare.
