Mildred Elizabeth MOSBARGER, the daughter and second child of John Solomon and Sarah Vienna (VOGAN) MOSBARGER, was born June 11, 1903, Kellerton, Ringgold County, Iowa, and died April 17, 1998, at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, with interment at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha.

Mildred married first to Albert Rex CLANTON on June 30, 1921 at Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa. Albert Rex CLANTON, was born in Winterset, Madison County, Iowa, on August 31, 1901, the son of Elmer Eander and Cora May (CATERON) CLANTON, and a descendant of Joel M. CLANTON, one of the first settlers of Madison County, Iowa in 1846. Albert died August 26, 1975, Escondido, San Diego County, California, with interment at Atlantic Cemetery, Cass County, Iowa.

Mildred and Albert divorced.

1) Albert Jon CLANTON, oldest child of Albert Rex and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) CLANTON, was born in Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, on July 17, 1922. Albert married first on June 9, 1961 to Lorraine Madonna BARDEN in Papillion, Sarpy County, Nebraska. Albert married second on June 6, 1947 to Maxine Lou MUEHLHAUSEN in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska.

  2) Robert Warren CLANTON, son of Albert Rex and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) CLANTON, was born September 20, 1923, in Kellerton, Ringgold County, Iowa, and died on February 20, 2004, in Escondido, San Diego County, California. Robert married first on June 16, 1951 in Tacoma, Washington, to Geraldine Rose VICTOR; and married after Geraldine's death to Violet.

3) Jackie Wayne CLANTON, son of Albert Rex and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) CLANTON, was born September 22, 1925, in Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, and died December 21, 1931, in Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa.

4) June Marie CLANTON, daughter of Albert Rex and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) CLANTON, was born on July 13, 1927, in Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, and died on March 27, 2007, in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. June married in Omaha, Nebraska, on December 12, 1943 to Dale Leland DAVIS.

5) Frank Eugene CLANTON, son and youngest child of Albert Rex and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) CLANTON, was born in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, on February 21, 1936. Frank married Eleanor SHIEEVES on October 27, 1963, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska.

Mildred Elizabeth MOSBARGER married second to Henry DAVENPORT. Henry DAVENPORT was born in 1891, and died in 1966, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, with interment at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, Omaha.

1) Arthur R. DAVENPORT, son of Henry and Mildred Elizabeth (MOSBARGER) DAVENPORT, was born on October 13, 1945, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, and died in Billings, Montana, on June 26, 1995. Arthur married Barbara KIRBY on October 8, 1977, in Billings, Yellowstone County, Montana.

Mildred Elizabeth MOSBARGER also was married to Saul BARONE, and Chester IRWIN.
