MAC principal to hold feed back meetings around district area
In an effort to gather comprehensive feedback and ideas from the community, Mount Ayr Community secondary principal Ken
HARRISON is planning to hold several meetings throughout the district. Students, parents and community members are
encouraged to come and visit at the meetings about how the school can better serve their needs. "I welcome all middle
school/high school related topics to this open forum meeting," he said. "Some of the topics we will be discussing
include the good conduct policy, after school tutoring, school programs, student interests and parent involvement."
The first meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 13 in Redding at the Frontier Hall there. Monday, Oct. 17 he will visit
Tingley at the Tingley community building. A session will be held Thursday, Oct. 27 in Kellerton at the Kellerton
community building. The meetings will wrap up Tuesday, Nov. 1 in Mount Ayr at the Mount Ayr Community high school library.
"Community support has been a big part of the success of the Mount Ayr Community school district and I hope to visit with
many of the people from the area at these meetings," HARRISON said.
