Raiderettes take second at DMC and first at East Union tournaments

Raiderettes win back-to-back POI championship

The Raiderettes took on the Roadrunners of Truro-Interstate 35 last week on Tuesday, October 11 in the Pride of Iowa tournament and came out victorious after a close first set of 25-20 and a second set of 25-13. The Raiderettes faced Southwest Valley in the Pride of Iowa tournament as well and defeated them after three sets. The scores of those sets were 25-12, 25-11 and 25-20.
"It was exciting for the Raiderettes to get back to back championship wins for the first time in school history," said coach Tori Braby.
