McGRAW SCHOOL No. 6
Union Township

McGraw School was built prior to 1859 and closed around 1919 [information from the late Vera LANTZ.] The
school was moved approximately 1/3 of a mile south from its original location and converted into a home.
The building no longer stands but was located 1/4 of a mile east of Beaconsfield, north 2 3/4 miles on the
east side of the road.

A Pie Social - Will be held at the McGraw school house, No. 6 in Union township, Friday evening, Feb. 7, proceeds go be used for the benefit of the school. Every one cordially invited. The ladies are requested to bring pies.
