Clarence Stephenses honored on 50th
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence [Hazel (LUCAS)] STEPHENS were honored August 2 at a dinner given by their children at the Shamrock Cafe, in
honor of their 50th wedding annniversary. Those in attendance, in addition to the honored couple, were Mrs.
Bette GRIFFITH, Mr. and Mrs. Donald STEPHENS, Dusty and Lisa, Mr. and Mrs. Ken STEPHENS, Mr. and Mrs. Don LOGHRY,
Mr. and Mrs. David ROSLEIN, John and Jennifer, Mr. and Mrs. Tryvol LENNING, Mr. and Mrs. O. W. BRAMON, Mr. and Mrs.
C. O. WILLEY, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle STUCK. Following the dinner, an open house was held at the STEPHENS home
honoring the STEPHENSES on their anniversary; about 150 persons attended. Cindy STEPHENS presided at the guest
book, and Don and Renne were in charge of the gifts. The three-tiered cake was baked and served by Mrs. John
STUCK. Ruth BRAMON poured coffee and Lucille WILLEY poured punch. Mary STEPHENS and Bea McPHERSON were kitchen
hostesses; they were assisted by John, Jennifer, Dusty and Lisa. The afternoon was spent reminiscing, visiting
and taking pictures. Congratulations were received by phone from Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho and
Las Vegas, Nev.
