Postmaster reaches 25 years of service
Mount Ayr postmaster David Richards received his 25 years of service award at a recenty six-county postmaster's meeting held in Creston.
Sharon Parkison, manager of postal operations in Des Moines, presented the award to Richards and thanked him for his 25 years of faithful service to the
United States Postal Service. Richards was also presented a pin for earning 1,500 hours of sick leave.
