ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH TO BEGIN REVIVAL SUNDAY
by Rev. T. J. Hennessee
We are beginning an old fashioned revival here in the Assembly of God church Sunday, Feb. 21st, with the Rev. D. J.
HENDERSON from Kellerton, Iowa. Services will begin at 7:30 each night. We would like for this to be a city-wide revival
and we are taking this opportunity to invite you and yours to attend. We have had a 24 hours prayer chain going on for
the last week and we are trusting God for a great revival, you can make it so by coming and helping us in the effort
that we are putting forth. Some people say that day sof revival are over but, we believe different. We still believe
that we can have the same power in our lives that the men of old had and, we believe that God is still the same as He
was in the olden days and that He can still save and heal those that are sick and afflicted. If you are in this condition,
come out and be with us in this revival and trust God for your every need. God has been good to our church and He has made
it possible for us to do many things for His Glory but we know that He is still able to do more than just meet our
everyday needs. He is able to save the soul and fill it with the Holy Ghost. We are setting aside each Friday night for our
special healing services. If you are sick of afflicted, come and trust God for your healing. Brother HENDERSON is an old
fashioned minister of the Gospel and he preaches without fear or favor to man. He preaches the whole Bible and does not
waver in the faith of God. Come and hear him and I am sure your soul will be blessed. We would also like to invite
you to come and be with us in our Sunday School at 9:45 each Sunday morning. God is real to our souls here on Sunday
morning. I believe it is some of our sweetest services. it is a time for the souls of the Saints of God to be fed. If you
are hungry for salvation come and let Him bless your soul.
