NOTICE of DEATH
Mr. Joel MILLER, of this city has received a letter from one C. E. PARKER, of Ringgold County, who has ever reason
to believe that the John PARKER, who met his death in the cave north of town, was his brother. He has, or had, a
brother named John, whose whereabouts is not known and from the description, which answers exactly, he is confident
it was his brother. We have heard of several letters of this kind, but this seems to be the most creditable.
