WHAT WON'T THEY THINK OF

Another needed improvement was made yesterday morning. Bird GILLILAND, traffic policeman had William DOWLING make some "Keep to the right" signs which were placed on all four corners of the square. Much fast driving and not on the right side of the streets has been detriment to the city for some time and these signs, combined with the never-sleeping eye of Mr. GILLILAND will surely make the driving of the cars more sensible.
