HONORED on 25th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
A dinner honoring Mr. and Mrs. Claude MOORE on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary was enjoyed Tuesday eve,
July 10, 1945, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo STUCK. Eleven couples shared the cooperative dinner and the evening was
spent playing Bunco.
The table from which Claude and Glee were served was centered with a beautiful cake, tastefully decorated in silver. At
each place was a white napkin with the words, "Claude and Glee," and the dates, "1920-1945" in silver.
The guests presented the honored couple with 34 silver dollars, 25 of which were from their son and daughter-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Claude D. MOORE Jr.
Invited to share the favor were the Messrs. and Mesdames John McGILVREY, Darrell JOHNSTON, Roe MAIN, Claude D. MOORE, Jr.,
Dwight JOHNSON, Willis HOOD, James MAHAN, Asa W. HUGGINS and P. J. McGRATH.
