Diagonal reunion held in Texas
The Diagonal reunion was held at Ann's restaurant in San Juan, TX on Thursday, February 10. There was a real good crowd
and all seemed to have a good time. Those attending were Alan and Kay OSHEL of Fleming, MO, Wilford and Pat DOLECHECK
of Johnston, Lloyd and Donella PARKER of Papillion, NE, Morris and Phyllis SMITH of Creston, J. D. and Bernadine ECKLIN
of Lenxo, Art and Carol HAYS of Council Bluffs, Ron and Vi Abel of Boone, Ken and Phyllis ROBINSON of Prescott, Marion and
Sharon PRICE of Waukee, Lloyd and Kay DRAKE of Tingley, Ron and Janis LOOMIS of Kellerton, Bonnie BAKER of
Clearfield, Arnold DAVISON of Braddyville, Marvin and Erma FULLER of Corning and Bessie AUSTIN and Dave and Liz
WILEY of Diagonal. This is an annual event for the second Thursday in February and anyone with any ties to
Diagonal is welcome. Even if you just know where it is located and are interested, they would like to have you.
Alan OSHEL, Art HAYS, Sharon PRICE and Ron ABEL all graduated from Diagonal in 1958 and have been at the reunion
down there several years. Several others were also Diagonal graduates. They had a good meal and lots of visiting
and laughter so it was very nice. Hope to see more in 2012 at Ann's.
