Daughton recognized by U.S. HouseVera Daughton turned 100 years old on April 5. On April 14 Representative
David Young of the third district announced the occasion to the House of Representaives and sent her a certificate of recognition with a copy of
the announcement. Matt Routh, assistant administrator of Clearview Home, presented Vera with the certificate during a presentation. On hand to view the presentation
were her daughter, Kay Sickels and husband Bob and daughter-in-law Nancy Daughton. Vera isn't the only centrion residing at Clearview Home. Don Strange is
102. Helen Blunck is 101 and Edith Wood is 100.
