House of Representatives.Cameron (Mickael) Charter was honored by Third District Representative David Young with a certificate and letter that Young read into the Congressional
Record on April 14 on the floor of the House of Representatives. The letter read, "Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and honor the heroic actions
of sixth-grader, Cameron Michael of Mount Ayr, Iowa. On a recent Sunday night, Cameron was eating dinner with his grandmother, Cinday, and Grandfather Charles,

is a great honor to represent future leaders like Cameron in the United States Congress and it is with great pride that I applaud his life-saving effort
today. I invite my colleages in the House to join me in congratulating Cameron, thanking him for a job well done, and wishing him a bright future.
Thank you."
