Held Open House Sunday Oct. 31 At Eagleville -- Live in Lone Rock Area
Mr. and Mrs. Otha BOWEN observed their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, Oct. 31, with open house from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
at the North Harrison schoolhouse in Eagleville [Missouri].
They were married October 29, 1915, at Mount Ayr, Iowa. Mrs. BOWEN was the former Bertha WHITE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
J. K. WHITE, Kellerton, Iowa. With the exception of four years spent in Iowa, Mr. and Mrs. BOWEN have lived in the
Lone Rock community, north of Pawnee. They have six children. They are Mrs. Clarence (Doris) PARKHURST, Eagleville, MO.;
Audrey BOWEN, Blythedale, MO.; Mrs. Garland (Maxine) PARKHURST, Eagleville, MO.; Mrs. Elmer (Edna) JOHNSTON, Martinsville;
Mrs. Kenneth (Jessie) WILLIAMS, Grand River, Iowa; and Deryle BOWEN, Moorehead, Iowa. They have 33 grandchildren and 56
great-grandchildren.
