Abstract company opens office
The new home of Abstract and Title Co. at 115 S. Fillmore on the west side of the square was welcomed with a ribbon
cutting ceremony by the Mount Ayr Chamber of Commerce last week. Gerri and Jerry McLAIN are owners of the new
business and are remodeling the building to house their office in front and an apartment in back. The pink and black tile
front on the building will be replaced with a stucco look. Shown above at the ribbon cutting are, front row, from left:
