Five Earn National FFA Degrees
Five more Mount Ayr Community high school FFA chapter members received the American FFA degree, the highest degree
given at the national level, when the national FFA convention was held in Indianapolis, IN last week. Named to the
honor were Adler ADAMS, Wesley CAMPBELL, Allison FOOKEN, Cass HOSFIELD and Colton QUICK. A total of nine other
Mount Ayr Community FFA students attended the convention. Adler ADAMS is the son of Darrel and Brenda ADAMS of
Kellerton and has a supervised ag experience (SAE) project in beef cattle. Wesley CAMPBELL is the son of
Doug and Dana CAMPBELL of Shannon City and has an SAE project in beef cattle and ag placement in a welding shop.
Allison FOOKEN is the daughter of Duane and Deb REASONER of Ellston and has a SAE project in meat and dairy goats.
Cass HOSFIELD is the son of Doug and Wanda HOSFIELD of Mount Ayr. . . [rest of the article missing]
