One Driver Hurt in Ringgold Accident

Two automobile accidents were investigated by the Ringgold county sheriff's office Saturday. One man was hurt and was treated at the Ringgold county hospital in Mount Ayr.

Minas Miller, a traveling salesman from New York City, was hurt when his car got too close to the outside curve of the pavement on Highway 2 at the Ringgold-Taylor county line. The car got onto the gravel shoulder and Miller lost control of the car. It rolled over several times. The car was badly damaged.

At 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Mary Novak, Mount Ayr and Forrest Huss, Afton were involved in an accident when they met on a blind curve. Fenders and headlights on both cars were smashed but no one was hurt. The accident occured three miles north of Benton.
