The Middle Fork United Methodist Church received at letter which read, "We are pleaed to inform you that the Middle Fork United Methodist Church has been listed in the National Register of
Historic Places, effective Nov. 29, 1990." The National Register is the federal government official list of historical properties worthy of preservation.
There will be computer instruction and an aerobics class held at the Mini University in progress on Monday nighrs at the Mount Ayr Community high school.
Mount Ayr Community junior high and high school will have an influx of new students for the 1991-92 school year, a series of landmark decisions by school boards in Mount Ayr Community,
Diagonal and Clearfield districts made possible this week. Diagonal high school students will spend three periods a day next year at Mount Ayr Community high school and several
Clearfield junior high school [students] are also expected to attend school in the MAC district full-time.
