Paul Johnston, of Des Moines, former instructor in the Mount Ayr schools, will located this fall in Nevada, where he will serve as high school principal.
Jim A. Carr., distributor of Pepsi-Cola in this territory, has changed his business location from Kellerton to Mount Ayr.
Officers elected during the 13th annual reunion of the descendants of Campbell and Casander Laird are: Bert Wyckoff, president; Emery Saltzman, treasurer; and Ruby Dale Skinner, secretary.
George W. Wood has been elected county egineer of Ringold County at an annual salary of $2,400, to succeed T.E. Martin. Mr. Wood, who served for many years as assistant county engineer of Appanoose County, is now employed by the government in the construction of a new airport at Alliance, NE.
REDDING - Vanita Wilkerson came Tuesday from Allendale, MO, to assist with the work in the telephone office.
KELLERTON - Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jensen and daughter have moved to Polo, MO., where he will be employed with the Booth & Olson Construction Company.
