Two Mount Ayr Community high school athletes will be taking part in the state cross country meet in Fort Dodge Saturday. Chris KING will represent the Raiders and Linsey TRIGGS will represent the Raideretes.

Births reported at Ringgold County Hospital this week:

  • A daughter to Kayla McVEY and Andrew MORGAN.
  • A boy to Jim and Tara MURPHY.
  • A boy to Craig and Beck HAYS.
  • A girl to Jeremy and Audrey SHELLEY.
