Ninety-two steel grain bins, located at Diagonal, Maloy and Mount Ayr, owned by Commodity Credit Corporation, were sold Wednesday and Thursday at public
auction for a total of $13,837.50 The average price paid ws $150.40.
The MACHS track team will take part in the State Class A indoor track meet to be held March 26, in Iowa City. The Raiders were runnersup in the state
indoor and outdoor meets last year.
Howard SWANSON, of Toledo, a former resident of Ringgold County, has been contracted to handle the sale of stock of the $2 million Southwest Iowa Beef
Packing Company.
