Paulyne MEADOS of Kellerton and Ethel CHEDSWICK of Yuma AZ., were joined in a "much-dreamed-of" trip to Alaska.

Martena MOBLEY of rural Benton retired from her position as post-mistress at the Redding Post Office on August 30.
