Harvest time as celebrated at Ramsey Farm at Lesanville with a number of events held at the restored farmstead and community four miles east of Mount Ayr. From horseshoing and apple cider making to games and and old-time hymn
sing, there were many things to take in during the day.
Bids received to date for completing the Princess Theater renovation indicated the total cost of the project will be higher than originally thought, it was announced this week. The total cost is expected to be $6,000 higher.
