The number of known active cases of tuberculosis in Ringgold County at the end of 1964 was eight, Dr. Ralph H. Heeren, director of tuberculosis control
for the State Department of Health, said this week. There were two new cases reported in the county during the year and inactive cases of the
disease totaled six.
The Mount Ayr grade school bowlers came up with some outstanding bowling Sunday afternoon in Lenox and won two games from their hosts.
Harry SKARDA, of Tingley, was elected chairman of the Ringgold County Swine Producers Association during the annual dinner meeting of the organziation
held Monday evening in the Tingley Methodist Church.
