Mildred Trimble resigned her position as cashier at the Princess Theatre, effective Saturday. Bonnie Richards, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Richards, has been hired to take Miss Trimble's place.
Lila Drake, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Drake, of Mount Ayr, and Elman Bonebrake, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Bonebrake, of Diagonal, were united in marriage April 12, in the home of the Rev. and Mrs. E. E. Zimmerman,
the former of whom performed the single-ring ceremony. The young couple will be at home in Mount Ayr, where Mr. Bonebrake has employment at the Record-News office.
CLEARFIELD - Ben Anderson and family have moved from New Market to Winterset, where he has accepted a position with the Eclipse Lumber Works.
Births:
Born, April 9, to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Loudon, of Grant township, a son, Ross Lee. Weight, eight pounds. Mrs. Loudon is the former Dorothy Foster.
