Four Tingley youths were arraigned before justice of the peace C. E. THOMPSON Saturday morning in Mount Ayr and pleaded
guilty to charges of shooting firecrackers in violation of the Iowa fireworks law. The young men were Robert LUPHER,
Von TULL, Robert PALMER and Tom OWENS. Each was assessed a fine of $100 and one dollar costs. The four boys were shooting
firecrackers early the morning of July 4 in southwest Tingley. An annoyed citizen discharged his shotgun, pellets
