REDDING -- A deal was made last week whereby F.B. MALOY sold his interest in the Redding Oil Station to
G.C. WRIGHT.
An assembly program was presented Friday by the junior high students under the direction of Bernice LEMKUHL.
Characters of a short comedy were Andy BRYANT, Janice EMLEY, Donald GUTHRIE, Maxine JOHNSON, Helen HETZEL and Bob
WILSON. Other numbers included selections by the seventh grade sextet, composed of Helen WILLIAMS, Evelyn SWARTZ,
Minnie SHELDEN, Harriet SMITH, Wanda SANDAGE and Faith LAMOUREAUX and the eighth grade sextet.
During the annual football banquet to be held tomorrow (Thursday) night, letters earned during the 1939 season will
be presented to Burl STULL, Lyndon NICHOLS, Lyle NEWMAN, Bob WOODS, Robert SALTZMAN, Jake DAILEY, Hugh SKINNER,
Richard NEWMAN, Robert GILBERT, Hallie MOORE, Kenneth CATTERSON, Bob WILSON, Robert ALEXANDER, Loren ELLIOTT,
Winton ROBINSON, Johnnie MORRIS and Bernett SHELDEN.
