Doyle DENHART of rural Mount Ayr retired December 31, 1989 after being with MATURA Action Corporation, with headquarters in Creston, since its inception in 1965-66.

The possibility of cable television coming to Tingley was discussed when the Tingley town council met for its regular meeting January 3. After some discussion, the council decided to talk to other communities on the system and to see what else might be available before any action will be taken.
