Three Mount Ayr Community high school seniors and one from Diagonal Community high school are Ringgold county's representatives among the 1.500 students from across the state reconized at State of Iowa Scholars.
Stacey Coulson, daughter of Jim and Cathy Coulson; Stacey Jennings, daughter of William and Barb Jennings; and Leigh Ann Snethen, daughter of Dick and Cindy Snethen are the MACHS honorees, and Darin Stephens, son
of Dick and Jeanne Stephens of Clearfield is the Diagonal honoree.
Mount Ayr Community high school's concert band received a division I rating at the state large group music contest hosted in Mount Ayr Saturday.
Dredge Feed Service of Mount Ayr was honored at an awards banquet in West Des Moines for its outstanding sales and service during 1990 by Kent Feeds, Inc., of Muscatine.
Th marquee at the Princess Theatre was put up earlier in the week.
