Kasey Dredge, Mount Ayr Record-News

"Ice Fantasy of 1964" will be presented as the headline attraction tomorrow (Friday) evening, commencing at 8 o'clock. This full evening's performances will embrace all of the grace, beauty and skill of attractions of this character.

Delegates from Ringgold County who attended the state Republican convention held Wednesday of last week in the Veterans Auditorium in Des Moines, were Jack Elliott, of Benton; Mrs. Earl Reynolds, Jr., Matthew Bevington, John F. Denhart, L. W. Gross and Bill Rissler, of Mount Ayr; Virgil Barnes, of Lamoni; and E. M. Watson, Maurice Hanson and Harvey Landis, of Diagonal.

Marvin Triggs attended the National Summer Spotted Swine Type Conference held Friday and Saturday at the fairgrounds in Des Moines. Approximately 320 hogs were show by exhibitors from 10 states.

Carolyn Esther Pritchard, of Delphos, will be among 73 seniors of the Iowa Methodist School of Nursing to receive diplomas at the annual commencement ceremonies to be held tomorrow (Friday) night in the First Methodist Church in Des Moines.
