Development plans might bring landowner support for lake project. That possibility was raised at the Gooseberry Lake Agency board meeting
Thursday when Deb LARSON sketched out the possibility of landowners joining together to develop adjoining property to the lake project
into housing sites and moving the project forward much more rapidly.
Statistics from the Mount Ayr Volunteer Fire Department revealed a number of 45 calls during 2004.
