A young Ringgold county boy was killed in an accident near his home near Diagonal Saturday afternoon. Freddy D. Yoder, 3 1/2, the son of Danny and Ida Yoder, was killed in the accident and promounced dead
at the scene by the Ringgold county coroner. Transcriber's Note: Danny Yoder was cutting down a tree, which landed on a tin shed and in turn spooked the team of horses. Freddy, who was in the horse-drawn
wagon, was thrown in front of the wagon and run over.
The farming operation of Lyle Faris of Mount Ayr will be featured on an episode of America's Heartland scheduled to run on RFD-TV this week.
