LEONARD A. SHEIL
Leonard SHEIL, brother of Charles Henry "Harry" SHEIL, was inducted into the U.S. Army during World War I on
August 14, 1918 at Mount Ayr. By October 16th of 1918, Leonard had earned the ran of Sergeant. He left the United States
on October 28, 1918 and returned on September 18, 1918. Leonard was awarded the Victory Button. SOURCE: Maloy Centennial book, p. 91
