Lance Corporal Howard "Wayne" REECE, born
August 21, 1946, of Shannon City, Iowa, served during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Marine Corp as the officers' jeep driver. He was killed in action on December 28, 1969, South Vietnam. LCPL REECE was interred at Centenary Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa.
