Mike Crawford writes: "Edwin D. Page, he is my g-g-grandfather. My descent is through his daughter Martha "Mattie" Page who married Jeremiah Gustin, their son Jeremiah who married Mary Myrtle Osmond, and their daughter Evelyn Fern Gustin, my Mother, who married Robert William Crawford of Tama County, Iowa.

"Just to fill you in on Edwin D., his body was removed from a temporary interment at Cassville and reburied at the National Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri, Section 11, site 691. with just E. D. Page on his headstone.

"I have to think that since his widow died so soon after he did the children never knew where their Father was buried. I've never found a grave for Mary Jane Page, they probably couldn’t afford one."

Thank you, Mike!
