JOHN MILTON HARTLEY
John Milton HARTLEY was born May 28, 1840, Greene County, Pennsylvania. He enlisted as a private on August 30, 1862
and
was assigned
to Company D of the 15th Pennsylvania Cavalry. He was
mustered out of
service on June 21, 1865 at Nashville, Tennessee.
John Milton HARTLEY died at the age of 77 years on March 3, 1918.
Interment was at Platte River Cemetery near
Maloy, Ringgold County, Iowa.
