WORLD WAR II VETERAN
PVT. HAROLD COMBS, Redding, Iowa
Harold was drafted into the Army in April of 1941, serving with the 34th Division "Red Bull." He served in the European
Theater and was awarded five Bronze Stars, Combat Badge in 1944, and six overseas bars. He was discharged from service
in June of 1945, and married 1st Maxine SEGO on September 1, 1945; married 2nd Mary MORRIS in April of 1978. After the
War, Harold farmed near Redding.
