JAMES C. "JIM" BOWEN
During World War I, James C. "Jim" BOWEN enlisted in the U.S. Army on February 24, 1918. He left the United States on
June 2nd of 1918 for overseas duty in France. Jim served with the 32nd Company, 20th Engineers and the American
Expeditionary Forces. Jim returned to the Unites States on December 20, 1918, and was honorably discharged in
February of 1919.
