Angeles County, California.
Ralph William LAYTON, son of William Harrison & Elizabeth (CREEK) LAYTON, was born September
11, 1873, Kellerton, Ringgold County, Iowa, and died at age 57 on December 12, 1930, Custer County, Nebraska.
Ralph and Nellie were the parents of three children:
Owen Ralph LAYTON (1902-1974)
Thelma (LAYTON) SCHUMAN (1903-2006)
Ruth Byrl (LAYTON) SWENSON (1906-1973)
