Jon WHITE, son of Francis O'LEARY and Elizabeth (GAY) WHITE O'LEARY, was married on September 30,1976, to Patricia O'LEARY BRADLEY, daughter of Melvin and Minnie (MOUFAUD) O'LEARY, in Springfield, Massachusetts. Both Pat and Jon were born in Springfield. Jon moved to Somers, Connecticut in childhood Pat spent her childhood in Springfield.

Both Jon and Pat brought children from previous marriages.

Jon had a son, Erik, and Pat had three children: Paula, age nine; Robbie, age eight; and Amy, age seven.

In May of 1981, the family moved from Springfield to rural Shannon City, Iowa.

For four years, Jon and Pat ran the Mayflower Moving Company in Creston, Iowa, and as a result found their house here in Benton, where they moved in August of 1983.
