Julia HALEY STEPHENS was born February 12, 1948 to James and Dorotha HALEY. She was Julia married Donald Lee STEPHENS, son of Velmer and Maxine STEPHENS, of Diagonal, Iowa.

Julia works at Ringgold County Hospital as a dietary aide and Donald works for ELLIOTT Farms. They live on an ELLIOTT farm, north of Redding, with their three daughters. Amy, a graduate of Mount Ayr Community High School, attends A.I.B. in Des Moines, Iowa. Tracy is a sophomore at Mount Ayr Community School and Margi is a fifth grader at Mount Ayr Community School.
