Keith FISHER, the son of George and Miriam FISHER, was born in 1897 near Redding, Iowa. On February 14, 1928, he married Inez FISHER, who was the daughter of Arabella and Obediah LYNCH. They established their home on a farm near Redding, Iowa.

In 1928, they moved to Benton, Iowa, where Keith operated the FISHER Service Station for twenty years.

Their children were Marjorie (Mrs. John H. McFARLAND) and Robert, who married Neva MATTHEWS.

After moving to Mount Ayr, Iowa, Keith and Robert FISHER, and John McFARLAND owned and operated the Mount Ayr Implement Company for thirty-four years.

Marjorie FISHER married John H. McFARLAND in 1941. They established their home in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Their two children are Melanie (Mrs. Marvin LANE) and John Keith, who married Katherine EGLY.

John H. McFARLAND, the son of John W. and Clara McFARLAND, was born on a farm north of Benton, Iowa. years.

Keith died May 19, 1965 and is buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery [Mount Ayr].

NOTE: John H. McFARLAND, was born August 5, 1912, was a World War II Veteran - serving in the U.S. Navy, and died January 25, 2009. He was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr.
